Welcome to SecureTrack. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the application and web services provided by INSPIRE TECHNOLOGY.

By accessing or using the SecureTrack mobile application or web portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

SecureTrack is a student safety tracking platform. It allows registered schools, administrators, and parents to view real-time location details, trigger emergency SOS sirens, and view scanning reports of registered students.

2. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (student registration IDs, passwords, and admin accounts). Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.

3. Permitted Use

The services are provided strictly for student safety and educational transport monitoring. You agree not to:

Use the tracking services for stalker-like or unlawful surveillance purposes.
Attempt to bypass API protections, signatures, or reverse-engineer the mobile applications.
Transmit false emergency SOS alarms or exploit server resources.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

SecureTrack services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, INSPIRE TECHNOLOGY does not guarantee that location coordinates, map views, or FCM siren notifications will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times due to third-party network (GPS, mobile data) dependencies.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall INSPIRE TECHNOLOGY be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the location tracking or SOS notification systems during emergency situations.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date.
